His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam left the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam after concluding the State Visit. Prior to departure, Doa Selamat was recited by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.

Present at Noi Bai International Airport to bid farewell to His Majesty were His Excellency Le Khanh Hai, Chairman of the Office of the President as Minister-in-attendance; Vu Dai Thang, Chairman of the Ha Noi People's Committee; and His Excellency Nguyen Manh Cuong, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
